*Accommodation included prices apply to students who arrive on the Sunday before the course starts and who depart on the Friday, the day the course ends. Weekend stays during the course are included. You may book additional nights in our student accommodation, for €25.00 per person per night if you prefer to arrive on a Friday or Saturday and depart on a Saturday or Sunday.

These prices include:

*Surplus charges for job placements outside of the European Union:
Canada: • Visa application fee: currently €110.00, subject to change.
USA: • Sponsorship & placement fee: €1,490.00 – €2.500 depending on duration • SEVIS fee: $180.00
New Zealand: • Placement fee: €790.00 – €1,090.00 depending on program type, please enquire • Visa application fee: €65.00
Mauritius: • Placement fee: €550.00

Prices do not include:

• Flights / public transport costs to Germany from your home country, and flights from either Germany or your home country to your destination country
• Rent & deposit for job placements with employers who do not provide staff accommodation (usually the case in larger cities like London or Dublin)
• Meals (EHA student accommodation has fully equipped kitchens)
• Travel insurance (can be booked through EHA for €66.00 per month, please enquire)
• Visa application fees, if applicable (please refer to the websites of the embassy of your chosen destination in your home country. E.g. if you are Japanese and you want to work in the UK, please refer to the embassy of Great Britain in Japan.)

Optional extra: Airport Transfers

You have a choice of whether to make your own way from Frankfurt Main Airport or Frankfurt Hahn Airport to Heppenheim using public transport or to make use of our transfer service.
